Theres a similar issue in art when starting a new sketchbook. Artists are often worried to ruin the very first page and that keeps them blocked from doing anything on it. Generally the advice is to either skip it, or ruin it on purpose. Perhaps you can start a new project and just make a really basic hello world and just leave it there? Its just an idea thought, never tried that myself.
