I actually really like this. Maybe it could be worded more clearly but I read it as:

"You've told us not to Snoop on your shit. Message received. We make multiple other apps, and we can't tell those apps not track you because that would require snooping through your shit to see if those apps are installed. You should go to those apps and also disable tracking. Or if for some weird ass reason you want tracking on in SOME of our apps, it won't affect this one. Neat!"

As opposed to "we make 100 apps. In 99 of them you have disabled tracking, but you didn't in this one. That gives us (company X) the right to track you. And since they all use the same Eula, we can track you in ALL OF THEM!!!!!"

No thank you. This is actually pretty cool of them.
