iAmNaN68456yThe USA is a big country. You've narrowed it down to Texas. It's a very big state. As far as food goes, Texas style BBQ is a must. Tex-Mex cuisine is also a must. Mostly, be a nice person. Some areas, like Dallas and Austin, are very cosmopolitan and welcome people from everywhere. Houston as well. Where in Texas are you headed?

bahua128016yIf you're going to a major city, find a location of the Ginger Man, and drink all the beer.

@iAmNaN Stephenville, to be precise. Well, i'm going in group and our budget would be a bit limited, be it free time or money.

iAmNaN68456y@EventEmitter Stepheville? In the middle of nowhere? 😳 Well, you will be able to find BBQ and TexMex there. Not much else though. The competition must be being held at Tarleton State University. Well, it looks like you will get to experience rural Texas. Don't worry, there won't be much to spend money on there.

Don't ever disrespect the "Country" in any way around texans... trust me hahaha
