lxmcf204106y@irene for me the Nokia 6.1 was just a little too big but not by much (I think it's a 5 inch screen?) But this pixel is just ungodly big
-
lxmcf204106y@irene I have super long fingers so width isn't really an issue for me, height is the real killer, the pixel is almost a 2 hand exclusive device for me
-
@irene That's what we've been trying to tell people but they don't listen! (First sentence 😏😏😂)
@lxmcf I've got an old Moto E2 and I use it to play music in my car (Spotify + 32 gb microSD card with an aux cord.) And whenever I first picked it up after using 3 large phones (Moto G5 plus -> Pixel XL -> Pixel 3XL) it felt like I was holding a kid's toy or something. The fact I used that AND played games on it is nothing short of a miracle tbh -
lxmcf204106y@Stuxnet I was like that when I held my old iPhone 4, well the device still felt premium as fuck but the size was just miniscule, could barely navigate it now
-
lxmcf204106y@irene not a fan of the iPhone's design past the 4 tbh, just feels too much like a toy with how rounded it all is... Granted I haven't held an iPhone since the iPhone 5 was brand new

So had to send my pixel 2 xl back to google under warranty (4th fucking pixel I've had, now on my 5th) and just got it back after 3 weeks Alan's after using a Nokia 6.1... Holy fuck this phone is fucking huge!!
It's really weird now looking at it thinking on how I was able to put up with such a large device... I feel shaken to my core...
(Side note, as I'm typing this; I just realised I had some repo changes in termux I didn't commit and some debug logs for something I I was working on left on the Nokia but I just did a factory reset... fuck!)
