So still about one of our dev.

So each time he works on some bug fixes or he doesn't want how the services works, he want to redo the whole service.

He already redo 3 services that senior developers have work on. Seniors who have more experience than him.

Don't know what to do on this dev.
He doesn't even know how to use Git CLI. 🤦‍♂️

There are only 2 options:

1. He is a lazy selfish cunt writing trash code while blaming other people for doing so.

2. Your senior programmers are noobs and he is the savior.

@lamka02sk as for the seniors, one has already work on machine learning and created an order matching engine which solves our issue that has a very fast performance . The other one senior is also experienced as developer and project management who had set standards in our back end team.

As for this guys I am ranting, he has less than 1 year on working on stuff that both seniors have worked on and someone who asked for help for basic NodeJS stuff, I don't think he is capable nor have the abilities of our seniors.
