Kaji20976yDitto, minus the treatment part. I've been fighting it a bit by hitting the gym (brother and I both decided to pick up racquetball at the same time—provides some more accountability and makes it a bit more fun along the way) and making a point to devote time to my Japanese practice every day, with a goal of passing the top level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test at the end of the year.

Kaji20976y@ihatecomputers At risk of self promotion, I do offer private lessons over Skype. If anyone's interested, tag me and I'll post a way to get in touch.
That said, renshuu.org has a lot of great free resources, especially if you're just getting started.
On iOS I rely heavily on "imiwa?' as my primary dictionary (though if you are experienced in Japanese DAIJIRIN also has an app in the US store for free). Tangorin.com is another good free dictionary (which I think even has an app for Android?).
For actual study, "Sticky Study Japanese" is my primary study tool. It's a basic flashcard program, but has all kinds of lists pre-set for all levels of the JLPT. For best effect, I've duplicated the Kanji lists and use one set explicitly for writing practice while the other is for seeing if I can get the readings/meanings when seeing the character.
Other than that, it's really about getting as much listening/reading practice as you can.
