    Maybe I don't understand, but if you're looking to build something from scratch, don't you fail at that goal immediately when you use a framework?

    @bahua I meant that
    If we use Google cloud speech it just converts speech to text in one line code
    But I want to write a logic for that speech to text
    I want to know the framework which best suits for that training

    The best answer is probably to learn it yourself and code it from the ground up, and not rely on code that's probably too broad for your purposes.
