ddephor44476yI think I have my 20th anniversary with debian this year.
And I never had the wish for another distro.
Nearly all other distributions died or changed big time, but debian is still debian -
theuser47876y@Krokoklemme I know, but I also have a paying job though. Its more about justifying than affording. Do I really need to shell out $$ to watch shitty ass livestreams when I can do it for free?

Guess what guys, I'm installing Ubuntu over Arch, because I need change and I just don't give a shit about distro elitism. Like many others, I got my start on Ubuntu (was probably Hardy Heron), and then I have done some hoppin' ever since. I never wanted to go back to plain Ubuntu because you know.., but fuck that, its perfect for what I need on my shitty laptop which I do nothing more than watch shitty livestreams on.
I also need something which looks vaguely caught up to 2019 GUI standards while expending max 13 kcal in the process (already spent a fair share with KDE). The 13 is for deleting the Amazon shortcut.
