Me and my mate do this once a year and we chat about it at the sr time. It's like an OCD thing we have. We have gigs of data that we organize into folders and sub folders and categories etc

@redman Room I don't care about, seeing as even SSDs are cheap these days. Getting all this bullshit out of my filesystem is the real treat. Helps me find stuff faster, and more importantly, just looks nicer and better organized.

@jinx Oh hey that's my exact backup strategy. My Windows PC actually has a folder named:
D:\Backups\Backup-OLD\Old OLD Computer Backup Stuff\
Cleaning up unused files and restructuring your home folder is so satisfying
