On the bright side, dealing with recruiters is for a limited time, but dealing with that job without resigning is for a lifetime?

pesar1096yDon't resign before you find a job. But if you do, do not apply through recruiters. Most of them just send your resume along with thousands of other people's resumes to hundreds of old job openings in a desperate hope than one of them might hire one of their candidates and give them the commission they need to keep lights on! You don't want your resume to be send to every single job opening in the world whether relevant or not. Do you?

h4xx3r17166yMake a FAQ for the recruiters on your website, and share it only with them, plus your updated CV in a section of the FAQ, so you don't have to repeat yourself with a new recruiter, just point to the FAQ
Was really happy I resigned until i realised i was going to have to deal with recruiters...
