Knowledge of the day: A *wishlist* is something you put objects on, to buy them later for yourself.

    That is what I use it for. Add expensive shit on the list, update it every 6 months or so. If an item survives a whole year and I still want it, I buy it.

    Obviously I'm insane, when I believe that a wishlist lists items, you like to receive as a gift from another person.

    At least that's what my co-workers say.

    When I was younger I honestly believed that items on the wishlist would be occasionally sent to me by the shop owner or at least by my friends who would see it
