@rutee07 @Root no because honestly itd be a better idea to work for a bigger company for less money but.... less money aint gonna buy me a vw passat w8
-
Root797706y@ganjaman What strange world do you live in that smaller companies pay more? Let me join.

@Root in my experience they mostly do but i dont work in the usual kinda companies

vane110526yI understood that worst thing about job hunting is asking people about how they like their steaks done.
-
iAmNaN68456yThe way to avoid eating well done steaks in Texas is to eat BBQ brisket, which the more Texan thing to do anyway. Meat should be slow cooked all day using mesquite to fuel the fire in the smoker. BBQ brisket, baked beans, a baked potato, Texas toast, and a few Shiners, and you'll fit in like a true Texan.

@ganjaman @iAmNaN is right man BBQ is the more Texan way of doing things.
Of course getting used to a rare or medium rare steak would be preferable. -
Root797706y@M1sf3t @AleCx04 @iAmNaN Ditch the crockpot. Thin slices of steak, rubbed with seasoning, and sauteed in butter and bacon grease. Add to greens with hard boiled egg, cheese, hot sauce, etc. Makes an amazing salad.

iAmNaN68456y@M1sf3t if you can find it, throw that brisket in the slow cooker with a bottle of Claude's marinade (a West Texas thing) and that makes some awesome brisket. BTW, don't all y'all eat rice in Mississippi?

iAmNaN68456y@AleCx04 to my shame, I forgot the cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the "coup de grace." Your choice, blackberry, peach, apple, or blueberry. That right there will make you happily catatonic for a few hours.
Worst part of job hunting is calling a company and saying "uhhh yeah i really like your company but this other place pays twice this much"
