I see that a lot. Often it is the result of the security setup on a corporate server. I even get that on sites like Oracle Enterprise Manager, which is inside the corporate firewall, so I use Edge instead, because Edge at least let's me continue on to the site, whereas Firefox and Chrome block access.

@Kimmax Wouldn't be surprised if it was. Machine's a loaner with approx 500mb free on C: and who knows how old the firefox is.

In corporate networks, it's common to have a MITM firewall which also does virus scanning. The clients have a system root certificate for that thing, BUT Firefox doesn't use the system certificate store by default.

In this case, go to about:config, create a new boolean value, give it the name 'security.enterprise_roots.enabled' and set it to 'true'.
