-AJ-2326yFind something you really enjoy and make time for it every week. For example take some drawing / art lessons, learn a musical instrument, join a local sports team, watch and read about sports, try water sports, get in to photography.
You may start off pretty bad at it, but if you stay dedicated, you will see results in the long run.
Keep strong and healthy mentally. Have a goal to have at least one positive experience with a stranger every day. Don’t worry about things that don’t have a direct impact on you. -
