Anyone else noticed this on Chrome mobile? If you stay still long enough on a website and try to scroll up, you will refresh instead.

Maybe this is a dirty fix to some security issue?

Btw devrant still loses the first keyframe, but now only when the gif repeats?

I thought that was an intended feature? I've using this for ages.

That's nice and all but did you answer the question you had about bidets?

@Stuxnet so if you want to scroll up after staying put for an arbitrary time, you have to scroll down first? Sounds very counter-intuitive.

@electrineer wait how the fuck did you get it to even do the Refresh thing without being at the top of the page?

That's the only way I can make it refresh.

@Stuxnet yep, that was the point of the gif. Apparently it does that if you stay still some time (half-a-minute-ish).

Sometimes it happens with no waiting

    THIS SHIT PISSES ME OFF.
It has never happened on my old phone, but does now. I refreshed so many pages while reading already, I can't even count them.
Who thought this was a good idea?

It also doesn't even wait 30 seconds for me. It just instantly does it.
