Guess fullstack is now the trending thing. Read a book on javascript and code examples in the book, do same thing with python or any other backend.
As soon as you are done, add fullstack to your bio.

So many newbies following this path. Coding up alot of examples with no real depth in any particular language.

If you're only after a line on your bio, why bother with another language? JS works server side as well.

Also no expertise whatsoever in the other components of fullstack: chief among them being sysadmin, network admin, and db admin.

This. It actually quite troublesome when looking for jobs. I am an actual fullstack developer, and even worse, specialized in JS. Even though I can set you up with a SPA with a node REST API and teradata DB auto-deployed using Docker swarm mode with TLS1.3 support within a few days, I still sit through interviews where I have to prove I know what the this-context of a function is. No one believes "full stack" any more.

@Vuetiful yeah and it's really troublesome. But guess it's as a result of some crazy job ads where one developer will be required to be a 10x Engineer.

So you see everyone rushing to have an idea of every framework and library just to increase the chances of getting a gig with any of the languages listed.

@Commodore yeah but discovered that most persons especially in countries where few chances exit for new devs just want to have an idea of every framework incase anything turns up anywhere. So today you are on Js, next Python, before long flutter and Kotlin.
