Recruiters sure do get pissy when you tell them that you're waiting for a counteroffer from your current employer

If your current company hasn't already given you what you deserve and it takes threatening to leave for you to get what you wanted: then you should leave anyway as they don't value you and you'll continue to have issues progressing in the future.

I got asked if I want a raise if I stay after I got an offer from another company. I told them every time I went for a job interview and they only give a fuck when I’m about to leave? Fuck them
