Product owners not testing/validating bug reports and just passing us the email like
"Here, now fix it"

Product owners don't own any fucking thing. They don't even write down what use cases need to be handled (or could possibly arise) when a new feature is being introduced or an existing feature is modified

All they do is write some document that doesn't help much
