Client keeps contacting me telling me customers are having issues purchasing tickets (events site). Stripe is picking up potential fraudulent activity (high risk).

We know the people who are trying to buy, and they're genuine. Anyone else having issues like this?

It's not happening a great deal, I would say maybe 1 in 20 times.

    In my experience, stripe can have problems with smaller financial institutions' cards (they don't work with my credit union debit card, for example). I don't know if that has any bearing on your situation, but it's a detail that can matter.
