Anyone ever been in the situation where the"Agile Project Manager" is the last agile person in the room

This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode called "The Gymnast".

Pretty sure our managers just straight-up have dementia. One of our devs quit on a B2C project that was about to launch and he was responsible for making sure we could sell the product to the public and for building the CMS backend so there would be actual content in the product to sell. He didn't finish either task but the managers didn't want to push the schedule back at first because they didn't think his work was launch critical.
