Learning from my coworker, you don't really need have charisma. You just need to talk really fast with a lot of random words, so you're hard to understand and so you "seem" smart.

Okay listen up champ. Plenty of books to do that. Learn a lot of lingo. Talk fast so people always are playing catch up with what you said. Stick to it for a few months and you’re well on your way to be a professional
