    How noticeable is the downgrade from 1440p to 1080p?

    @kamen i don't feel shit man

    @kamen You might be interested in this website to compare the DPI of both smartphones: https://www.sven.de/dpi/

    In my opinion, super high definition on mobile is a good way to waste more battery power. Even at 1080p, It's still way higher than any regular PC monitor.

    @AleCx04 Hey sugar daddy, it's me. Mind spoiling me a bit too?

    Worth updating from the 5t?

    @dan-pud I've got the 5T. To be fair, 5T is still a great phone. My gf got a 7 (not T) it has a higher refresh rate, much better camera, and a bit bigger screen. And then under screen finger print reader and a little bit of stuff like that. But I wouldn't ever go from my 5T to 7 (or probably T aswell) right now. It's too much the same phone.

    And btw. The camera group is ugly af on the 7T

    @Jilano The density of a typical smartphone is indeed higher, but you're also looking at a smartphone from a smaller distance. The proportion is a little bit skewed of course, but I'm used to a 1440p display (Nexus 6P) and I'm looking for something similar in terms of size and resolution.

    @AleCx04 Did you use the S9 at its full Res (because iirc there was a way to render the UI at 1080p and I'd argue that this looks worse than 1080p on a native 1080p display)?

    @kamen Depends on what you're doing with your phones too, I guess.
