Guys , what linux distro (if you use) you use and why ?

Debian. It's stable and compatible with basically everything except bloody wifi.

Like @saucyatom, I also like Qubes' approach. I might go with that one next, or I might try Gentoo; I haven't decided. Maybe even Arch, but probably not. I want to move away from systemd because it's a gigantic pile of crap.

Ubuntu. Only been in this world for a year or so :)

@Root yeah debian is pretty stable . I haven't been on it but i have use ubuntu for quite a bit but i ll move coz snap always got some issues .

Mint and Arch.

CentOS, because that's the version installed on the servers at work.

i use artix, because arch but without systemd

I've recently switched to Pop!_OS (or however it's stylized) for my work OS. I was looking for something Ubuntu-based because most Linux stuff works there without extra tinkering. Pop runs Gnome which I like, but brings nicer theme and improved power management. systemd-boot is also a nice touch.

Kubuntu. Stable, Debian based and eyecandy!

I use Arch.

My experience with Arch over the last 2 years have been great. Nothing broke, everything just worked (tm). Sure, you can always live on the edge like @Haxk20 does but that's just silly.

@olback i want to install arch on my lappy but i don't have any Ethernet . I got only wifi but that too has login pages to access Internet idk when i ll be on arch :/

Arch since 2010. Still using the same installation as I can update it little by little when the need arises.

Raspbian, Ubuntu, and Kali

Ubuntu (Workplace + Laptop for Work) - No other Distro is supported so have to stick with it there but I can customize it as much as I want. Most of the used software is only available for Ubuntu or Debian if you don't want to go through much hassle.

Manjaro/Ubuntu/Win10 (Home PC) - Manjaro for that Arch feel, Ubuntu for when I feel like doing work on my pc rather than the laptop and Win 10 for gaming.

@Crowns ohh that's cool you are using a lot of oses. Btw which one do you prefer on laptop ubuntu or manjaro

Elementary OS, mostly because if it's feel and consistency across applications, plus the mini app ecosystem is bloody amazing

@lxmcf i am waiting for it to come with Nvidia proprietary drivers included . Like ubuntu 19.10 .

Ubuntu, fedora, RHEL.
Always has worked out of the box, delivers what's necessary, job

@arupam I would say Ubuntu at the moment. Haven't worked so much with Manjaro and I am more familiar with Ubuntu because I work with it every day an I feel more productive using it. But this is all personal preference.

Manjaro because thats what was on the pendrive when i bought my laptop

Debian for me, it just works and i'm used to it.
