Windows 10!! WHAT THE FUCKING WHAT do you think you're doing?? Why am I getting a message saying admin has blocked my access to Services when I AM THE FUCKING ADMIN! And I sure as hell didn't block me!!!!!!!!

normally this is because of viruses manipulating group policies in windows

try checking the policies keys in regedit.

I'm not sure I have a virus. I just did a windows update recently.

Because you are NOT THE FUCKING ADMIN! It be an issue with the default Admin account made by the OS installation.

Also randomly booting up by itself. Or rebooting instead of shutting down, even without updates

This is expected. You just have not understood the basic security principles of Windows 10. The idea is to make it almost impossible to use for users, slightly easier for devs - but still substantially annoying, and a cake walk for viruses.

Running "Net user administrator /active yes", logging out, logging in as Administrator resolved it.
I think this is by design as I found online that this happened after updates and above solution worked.

@codeRetard Not really. 😛 I was the admin before. For some reason admin privileges were disabled after the update.

This is exactly the issue I got after a clean install which led me to permanently chose Ubuntu
