Sometimes I want to go back in time and slap myself when I say "yeah that shouldn't be too difficult" to a client.

I instantly regret it. I even tell myself to never say it again. Then it just lets itself out, like I didn't even have any control. Then I'm wondering why i said such a thing while working on it.

I did this recently oh that's just a couple of if statements I estimate 2 points.... Little did I know a entire refactor of the functionality was needed and implement new tests in a new testing framework that I haven't used before... More like 5-8 points
