I'm considering myself a Linux person. ATM I'm creating an Azure account to play around with their pipelines -- need that for my current task.

I feel filthy :(
Like doing a crime or smth...

I'll need a shower soon

@Stuxnet I am sorry for your mind :/

How have you sink so low..

But now legit, Azure is actually really fucking good and based on the minimal time I've had in it; it was easier to work with than expected

@lxmcf My my, am I not surprised...

whereever I click now I get error messages with something 'undefined'.

    You were saying? :)

@netikras I mean... Um... Fuck Microsoft... Windows bad, Linux good... Use code sellout for $5 credit on linode

@lxmcf No need to be so harsh :D Not a butt-hurt linux fan I am.

I'm truly hoping that each time I have to use MS tools I will be pleasantly surprised. each time I'm hoping they have done everything right and I won't have to wonder how to debug what I don't have access to.

It's just that... each time I'm disappointed :/

I somewhat like the Azure lauout, how things are organized. But I just can't make them work w/o any mysterious errors. How did you do it mate? Tell me your secret :)

@netikras just realised that I didn't make it clear I was being sarcastic haha, I love Linux but have no problem using Microsoft products

And I don't know tbh. I was just able to navigate it, however the last time I used Azure was like 2 years if not more ago so maybe it's gotten worse ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@lxmcf P.S. One time was I surprised by how well MS tools were working - it's those 2 weeks I had to use office365 to collaboratively edit a single .docx.

    Everything was fluent :)

Two days after I jumped off that train and moved to another task I saw PM panicking as that document had disappeared.
I did not whitness the event of disappearance and cannot say that MS made that happen. Probably just some other employee misclicked a button.
    Probably..

@netikras to be fair, as much money and R&D Microsoft has, they can't beat Google when it comes to cloud solutions whether that is office suites or a full cloud computing platform

@lxmcf Once I saw a message on Reddit of [allegedly] an ex-employee of MS explaining why their products are of poor quality, how is that seen in inner circles and what is being done about it. It all actually made sense. And even made me feel sorry for MS :/

@Stuxnet I guess it can depend on ones principles.

I very, very, very sometimes check the Instagram accounts of some favourite artists because that's the only place where they post announcements and such but fucking hell do I feel 'filthy' after that as I've got a huge ass fucking grudge/hate against anything Facebook (same with google).

Got the same when I very, very rarely touch a windows (or Mac, for that matter) computer. Although I'm just very uncomfortable using those operating systems anyways. The windows/Mac thingy is both principles and security concerns, though.

@netikras The issue clearly is that you are using the light theme.

dont know what you problem with azure devops is. (maybe lost internet connection idk)
i defenitly not like most microsoft cloud products but devops is a good one.
btw just use the multistage yaml definitions
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/...

and i also agree on the issue with the light theme lol
