Where so you go after team lead? Like what options do I have?

"bigger team" lead. Or I guess just some sort of manager. Like "Project manager". Or you will just get some other random made up title.

for "Business" line, it' Project Manager, Delivery Manager and such.
If you want more tech role, then Professional lead (like a TL, without the ppl management), then tech expert on a selected technology, then go for the Solution Architect.
How wrong am I?
