What was/is your plan to make the most of your college time ?
(You know lots of unnecessary classes , homework, etc)

I mean a plan to be acceptable in classes but also make money / or at least learn cool things

Well, these were and became my plans, it was rather different from what I was expecting.

Was:
Year 1: Get the basics and spend a lot of time studying
Year 2: Start participating in student life
Year 3: Take a nice internship and keep working there till the final half of my 4th year
Year 4: Take a minor while working and take a final internship

Is:
Year 0.5: Skip almost the entire year due to extra effort
Year 1: Finish year 1 and 2 and allow me to go on internship earlier
Year 2: internship, keep working there for 1.5 years
Year 3: Minor and final internship at a large company

It might come off a bit boastful, but all of it actually happened

Planned: sth productive, sideproject etc.

Is: played factorio 95% of useless lectures (still wondering how noone complained about us having placed a well visible lan switch for mp gaming...)
some side project.

Plan : study hard, get good grades, get part time job, have a valuable friendship network, get internship.

Reality : skipping most classes to study by myself, struggling to pass exam due to little to no motivation, becoming a cave hermit due to little social-life, wasting time in reddit and devrant, hating my part time job.

I just hope that my internship will go as planned (the only point that I haven't screwed up yet)
