There is a major real estate site in Canada called realtor.ca that does this with zoom on their map and in their list of results. Tiny scroll for zoom and you go from seeing the whole globe to seeing soot in a chimney. Then the list of results goes from lowest price to highest. A tiny scroll and you scroll from uninhabitable shack to multi million dollar listing.
