Somehow, shit's more fucked up on Debian systems for me than it is on Arch. Debian's supposed to be the stable one, and Arch the one that breaks, but nah.

Fucking up Arch is the training that you need to fuck up Debian. Always go from easy to hard.

My Debian box has been giving me all sorts of issues lately too. Probably because I've been talking about replacing it with Arch. 🤷‍♀️

@Root arch is how I got my nvidia drivers to work correctly. nvidia-dkms + linux-lts when it was version 4.

linux-lts became 5 not long ago, so I downloaded a kernel version 4 from the arch archives, installed it and ignored linux and linux-headers.

still not saving a lot of battery, but graphics work decently.
