Is it a bad idea to install aptitude on arch? Lots of proprietary software is only available on apt. -
@Tayo Will I curse Nvidia a lot? I have two gt750-s, and it's a laptop so I'd prefer them not to constantly spin as though the machine tried to take off and move to the cloud altogether

Student 18/M looking for reliable partner.
I like tinkering, I like the command line and I find i3 convenient, but I also often just need to get things done, I want my os to be rock solid, and I would prefer debian based because I need to run lesser known/supported software occasionally.
