I did inform them that I'll be absent. I literally mean that I don't have to work for that. I don't even get to pay while updating my tickets.

Ok, sorry, I wasn't aware of that. Can I get some clarity if I should still update my tickets when:

- on vacation with no internet access
- in labour / giving birth
- in a coma
- at a funeral
- dead

I've cc'd the office so everyone can be brought up to date as to what's expected. Thanks!
