NoMad

Welp. My mental health is down the drain.

I don't want to talk to anyone about it, but I am well aware of the situation. I can't even bring myself to sleep on a proper time frame, and depression is crawling back like an abusive ex.

There. Complete failure. Where do I sign out for this life?

Footnote:This is not fishing for attention, more like ranting in the void. (or trying to) Apologies to the one who I should've probably talked to about this, but never did.

    We're not with from home during a crisis, we're at home during a crisis and trying to work

    May I introduce you to memes? Especially the ones with cute mother quackers.
  • 2
    @melezorus34 memes or it didn't happen!
  • 3
    Wait a bad sleep schedule is a sign of bad mental health?
  • 4
    @Stuxnet no, but not being able to sleep properly delivers you to the gates of insanity.
  • 2
    @Stuxnet yes but better than not sleeping at all.
  • 1
    @M1sf3t where's the fun in that? If that's the case, I shall take an exit sooner.
  • 0
    @melezorus34 I sleep from like 3-12 or 6-2pm.

    I get my needed hours but not at normal times lol

    Here's a nerd meme

    @molaram daily routine normally included going out for a walk. Staying @ home especially alone makes my brain go fast like an overclocked proccessor and fill me with random bad thoughts. The exams are fucking me up, alright?

    I have to study and I can say it just makes everything worse.

    @molaram didn't know devrant wasn't for ranting. If you want happy news, get the fuck back to Facebook. I certainly don't want the attention of people like you. but when things aren't going ok, should I bottle up instead of telling someone about it? You can't help shit, because I'm not gonna sit here and detail the shit going on in my life.
    I also wonder how many suicides have you facilitated? Lack of compassion is not a virtue, icymi.

    @AleCx04 which one? British or American?
  • 2
    @NoMad obviously the American 🤣 it's the better one and it's not even close lmao
  • 2
    @Stuxnet at the very least, you sleep in a "time frame" and your sleep times are not random. You expect to be up at 2 every day , and you don't get episodic sleep. 😛
    You're doing fiiiiiiiine.

    What happened to the block feature, btw? 🤔
    I need to block someone, but the button is not where it used to be.
  • 0
    @NoMad it was accidentally rolled out and then removed.

    It was broken anyways. Only hid their posts whenever you visited their profile, but didn't hide their posts from your feed and I'm pretty sure it didn't hide the comments.

    And falling asleep while driving back to my apartment from my family's house before the stay at home went into affect begs to differ that I'm doing fine 😂😂
  • 2
    @Stuxnet 🤔 really? I think it did. I don't care about me seeing their posts, as long as they don't see my posts and comment on them, it's fine for me.

    @pythonInRelay I disagree with your 2 cents.
    Quality material is objective. Plus, what entertains me may not entertain you. Everyone has a voice, and if you find someone's post irrelevant, then just don't comment anything.
    Also, freedom of speech doesn't mean I should tolerate toxic people's bullshits. I didn't go and comment my issues on their post. I didn't make it their issue, but to comment your judgement on someone else's post, means you just can't keep shit to yourself. Means that you want to control others and what they do. Means that you're shutting down voices of others for your own pleasure. Again, my post, not theirs.
    Also, if you comment on my post, isn't it you that is specifically asking for my attention? Which means you are asking for an argument. Not to take your words seriously, but I won't be a damsel in distress sitting in a corner crying over bullshit that bother me. I say my peace, and then go my merry way.

    See? Can't keep his opinion to himself! 😂😂😂 Not gonna dig into the reason why, cuz none of my business ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @theKarlisK there are restrictions. There has been restrictions for the past three weeks. I legit feel like I'm losing my mind at times. It's not easy to not see anyone face to face except for the cashier's face once a week. But that aside, finance's prospect is awful, teeth situation is awful, and social anxiety is awful like never before.
    Should do research for the master thesis and at least get that out of the way, but I can't even bring myself to sit down and work.
    What I'm trying to say is, everything has come to a halt. A walk in the park doesn't do much, and the police keeps checking what you're doing. Random walks aren't a thing here anymore.

    @NoMad I can feel you, have you tried lo-fi streams?
  • 2
    @pythonInRelay you missed the point.
  • 1
    @NoMad sae both and vastly preferred the American version, its also longer since the British version didn't run for long :(
  • 3
    @NoMad I tried bringing a similar point to that some days or weeks ago to no avail. To me its pretty simple "ah this post ain't for me *scrolls"

    But I can see that not being practical for everyone I mean people need to voice their opinions about why it ain't for them!!

    Ever seen them T Mobile or verizon commercials in social media? there are always people stating stuff like "sorry, not for me, happy with <the other company>" and always wondered why they had to say that. Specially in adds that talk about features available for their existing customers.

    I dunno, I always find it quirky, but i guess the information can be useful somehow, for something.

    @AleCx04 lol "information can be useful somehow, for something" such a data analyst/engineer perspective 😂😂

    @AleCx04 Facebook is the land for voicing unwanted and unnecessary opinions tho. It should stay there too lol
