Just got a call from my father who wants me to help my stepmom with her phone. The GPS is bonked, sometimes apps won't download, and she's at the end of her rope. I don't have any problem, but at the same time, there's some things I can really only do by having physical access to the device. ARGH

    If you can give direct instructions via phone to a bit geeky person there, you can maybe do it.

    @melezorus34 Debugging over the phone is one of the things I'll never do for any relative.

    @Lor-inc yah, not to mention the only 'tech-savvy' person over there (since we're across the country) is my dad, who has never used an Android in his life...

    No, he works as a Sysadmin. he's just... a bit old fashioned lolol
