Don't tell anybody but I basically spent 8 hours today trying to write one email.

Happened to me too. Usually with customer requests for analysis which involves solving a chess-like puzzle of requirements with impact on the scenario. And of course when writing dirty love letters to @rutee07.

I have a 15-line change to do today, then I'm done for two weeks. It's not going to be easy.

I've also spent like four hours on an email to @Rutee07 before 😅

Been there. And let's not even talk about cover letters...

@rutee07 Though I admit that my long email with the drill sergeant roleplay was close to unreadable - but it just HAD TO BE ALL IN CAPS FOR SURE!!! ^^

(And there are customers where even that isn't sufficient. Argh.)

About 2 hours today on one email. After many, many modifications, looking up facts, pasting images, removing images because it would make them feel stupid for the emailing me in the first place, the email response was

"I don't want to deploy on a Friday, how about first thing Monday morning?"
