Jilano273044y@alexbrooklyn Yes, you definitely could. Not that necessary since "ls" is already aliased to "dir", though (in Powershell at least).

I feel this on a spiritual level. Do yourself a favor man and download cmder, it will make dealing with the command prompt on windows better.

@AleCx04 What's not to like? It's linux. On windows. I know there were issues at first but most stuff that I know of is resolved. And it's about to get even better with wsl 2

@M3m35terJ05h that I'd rather use one of my dedicated linux machines for Linux rather than than a glitchy shell on windows.
Not everything linux is pure glory in my eyes. I like to keep my operating systems separated and on their own machines. -
@Jilano nah homie. It ain't happening. O much prefer to just ise a dedicated Linux machine.

Jilano273044y@AleCx04 You have to stop coming with these reasonable points! It's making my task harder.
By the way, can you use WSL in cmder? I remember that you can have CMD, PowerShell, the admin variations, etc.
On the same subject, have you tried the new Windows Terminal? I think the 1.0 just got released.
Edit: https://github.com/microsoft/... -
@Jilano I have not tried it! was waiting for it to become more stable. I will take a look at it in a sec :D was actually excited about that one. Specially since as good as cmder is, it has some very slow startup times

Jilano273044y@AleCx04 It's been 39,600 seconds, so what's the verdict! (I'll try to test it out this morning too)
