    I share and open office with non-software companies, not nice, too much noise. I want a cubicle now but @lig1 suggestion seems better

    Somewhere I don't get wet when it is raining. I LOVE coding when it's raining.

    I've only worked in an open office, but I'd prefer to try either a private office per dev, or an office per team like @lig1 suggested.

    I prefer cubicles, especially if it's the two people per cubicle variant. It's much easier to switch between collaboration and drilling down some code by yourself.
