If I work 99% for a year I'm a failure. Ok

This doesn't make any sense. The work you produce ADDS UP to what you've done before, not MULTIPLY it. It would be less dumb to do something like:

1.01 * 365 = 368.65
0.99 * 365 = 362.something ...

I build an app that's 99% done because I didn't finish off a feature or left bugs ... Do people use it like I want ? No.

No one wants a buggy shitty app .... Finishing it thou... A good app... Oooo

@FitzSuperUser just work a bit longer at 99% to remove the crap then ?

And if there is deadline, then just work 100% normal in-time ?
