Turns out, if you use a GUID in discrete finite contexts, the same GUID can occur twice without any concerns. I've been creating alternate dimensions for decades.

True universal unique ID would be a combinatorial of something. UUID is just a convenient mathematical novelty.

They actually fucked that up before. I've seen some rant about that before that you couldn't use both app together because they checked the same uuid copied from the same snippet.
