Wednesdays. The day we get every single dev in a meeting room, and get everyone to explain what the fuck they are working on and what sort of issues they are having. Regardless of whether you'll ever see that site or not. Can't think of a bigger fucking waste of time.... ....meetings for the sake of meetings.... PISS OFF!!

Not so useless. It forces everyone to be able to explain where they are in the development (which is useful), and better: to profit from experience from others. Maybe they did what you're doing before, you can gain several day thanks to them. Or they can tell you you're on the wrong path, better use this or that. Or they have the solution for this problem you have.
