well a 🖕🏼 to everybody who thinks CSS isn't really "coding". Stop shaming CSS and people who love it because the moment you would be asked a simple alignment problem, you'll shit your pants.

No! not because it's a hard thing to do in CSS(there are tons of ways to do it.) but because you are ignorant and have prejudice.

    I think css is shit because I don't understand it. I take my hat off to people who make things look beautiful with it, I think it's because I have never taken the time to learn it

    @philcr doesnt that go for everything? We feel things are shit when we don't know enough about them.

    I hated Angular 2 at start but i am slowly getting in and actually seeing a lot of sense. So!

    CSS is great! And really easy... it's the first thing I learnt alongside HTML5. Literally anyone can learn it you just need to spend some time

    Is CSS (without JavaScript) Turing complete?

    I had to write some css after only writing sass for over a year. Turns out css is hard without variables, mixins and nesting.

    @brettmoan aren't you doing visual programming with css? With latest css spec, you get functions, variables and even it's gonna have it's own version of if-else.
