Jokes on you I'd eat something and still wake-up regularly lol
But eat. It's hard to fall asleep thinking about how hungry you are lol -
@DevPidoroSan Schedule doesn't matter much, it's calories in vs calories out for the weight part, no matter when and what calories. Obviously, it does matter for the rest of your health what kind of calories you eat.
With your BMI of 25.1, I'd recommend a moderate deficit of 500 kcal per day (equals 1 lb of fat loss per week), having an eye on enough protein and fibres/veggies, drinking enough water, and doing some strength training.
Just avoid e.g. sweets, fast food, white bread, sugared drinks, and especially alcohol. -
@DevPidoroSan Another thing: sleep no less than 7 hours per night. Sleep deficit makes you more hungry and hampers building up muscle. Basically because it fucks up your cortisol level.

As a fat gamer i can asure you, that fat gamers exist. And we don't get fat by _not_ eating. I eat before and after the gaming.
And i never sleep hungry. But sleeping while too full is also bad, so don't overfed and wait an hour after eating before going to sleep. -
scout25684yAll the info greatly appreciated...
But sadly none of the health conscious todo applies to me now coz I have a 7 month new baby....that’s the reason I was awake at that time lol.
It’s 2.30 am and I am so hungry. Should I get up and eat or should I just sleep so that I wake up on time and not ruin the day by waking up late.
