The amount of times I tell developers, especially businesses to always turn off Windows auto update for development and Live environments. Paramount is stability/reliability and you just cannot achieve that when auto updates are on.

r4nter6968y@LoveBytes until anniversary update made everything "better" you could set it to only update when you shutdown your PC. Now you only have "active hours" that can never cover my active hours since they vary a lot.

vchris638yThey are turned off but M$ shoved it on me. Now I disabled the reboot task and renamed the reboot file. If it weren't for Vishal Studio I'd be on Linux mint.

svandeun4118y@vchris same here VS is what keeps me on windows for Dev and games for the rest.... Otherwise, I really start liking Linux more and more
