If boss doesn't like you, what would you do ?
1- try to make him happy with your work?
2- search for new job.
p.s boss insulting too much after anything goes wrong.
What is the professional way to deal with that kind of situation?

Find a new job, once a boss has formed an opinion that is negative, it's harder to recover from it.

I think you should learn what the law say in your country, where i live ... your boss just can't insult you (that's dont mean that no one does it anyway).. and if he does you can report it to a work authority. If the law suport you, you could talk to your boss, in a good way, to try make him undestand how his attitude makes you fell. Or... get a new job ... and tell that asshole he is a big son of a fucking big bitch!! ... sorry if i'm overexceed... i hate abusive boss

@rehman Don't ever accept a job unless you feel you belong.

If you have any reserves after the interview then that could be a signs of a larger issue that you don't want to be apart of.

I recommend looking for startups as they tend to have a more family oriented approach and means you secure yourself an important role early on.

This shit needs to be stamped out. Gather evidence, times dates what was said, who else was present. Seek legal advice, in UK we have citizens advice which is free. Someone needs to stand up to cunts and show them it is unacceptable. Walking away simply leaves it for someone else and he continues with his abuse oblivious to the damage.

You don't need your boss to like you. Your friends and family should like you, but your boss should just be organizing the path to achieving a goal - and you should be playing the part they assign in accomplishing that. Do you think sport coaches have time to genuinely 'like' all of their players? The most important thing is if you feel that you are doing valuable work for a price that you feel is fair. If you don't, then look for another position.

Thankyou so much guys I'm in so much tension now a days and want to leave this job as early as posaible. Thanks again you guys made me feel bit comfortable. And another thing my country doesn't have any law like that which says boss can't insult employees that kind of sucks.

And thing I don't understand is if I'm that bad why he's still having me as an employee. If I'm worst of all he should have been fired me straight away

@sheriffderek The best companies are the ones that care about what hey do and look after their staff because that is what keeps them happy and performing well to align with the companies goals.

@penderis Bad mouthing the job/boss can backfire hard and make you seem unprofessional. Which is why that is one of the giant faux pas at job interviews.

The "right to work" BS laws makes us slaves. If they don't like you not going to change. Most of us have zero rights to do s### about it. Hope you find something better
