    On those days I usually wear my power wraps at work and do some reps with my captain crush..
    And flex wrists backwards against table or pull with other hand to stretch it..

    I also find (although I don't recommend it, as it quickly gets a bad habit, like cracking fingers.. ), that putting pressure on the outside of your wrist (ulna I believe) and holding it for some times gives a temporary relief..
