Okay this is going to become an issue

With the speed at which we are developing software, there will be a time when there is no more coding left to be done and we will all be there doing tech support for everyone and will be so boring
Or, someone will develop an artificial conscience capable of developing software and all of us will be there sitting like we just got fired

    I don't know where this idea comes from. There will always be software to develop, at the very least because some dickhead needs xy rewritten to match his ideas how it needs to be done and until we get AI's that can work with what pm's call 'specs' it's a long way. Don't forget the most abstract way we have after all this time to generate a Programm is code.

    AI will probably take over after a year of "small changes" and we are gonna be back in business trying to take the world back while PMs are gonna be our bait to lure machines into traps.
