Don't try to learn them all. Get good with a few that provide different solutions. That will give you a great toolbox.

You don't need to, once you get the grips with primary ones, like c# and java, you start seeing a pattern forming.
Once you do, you start just looking what needs to be done then

@rusty-hacker I personally believe that being a master of a programming language or framework will ensure that you never get more than a passing experience with anything else. Not enough to be even called a Jack.
