Yeah it happens. If it gets out of hand speak with your supervisor during your regularly scheduled 1-1 meeting.

You could give a try to the pomodoro technique, it helps focus on one task at a time, helps to plan your day, and be more productive!

Some days all I do is reply to emails. it sucks
