I had to bite my tongue today when the MD and my colleague started to have a conversation about remote working "not working". It doesn't ******* work if you sit at your mom's kitchen table, cramped around "the team" while all using laptops without additional monitors.... yeah sure, my 3 monitors, large desk, peace and quiet and the ability to go to the bathroom without a security card "doesn't work" and is such a bad environment to get stuff done. ARGGGGG

I don't notice any difference working from home or at the office. I a "good day" nothing can distract me, no matter the environment. In a "bad day", any kind of distraction will get me, it doesn't matter if it's a water cooler chat or my dirty dishes.

I honestly forget some of my colleagues are remote. I notice that my productivity can change when I work remote but it really just depends. In the end all that matters is that your company's infrastructure can support remote workers, which is critical.
