    For non programmers setting a WordPress is a big thing, the proof is people pay you for that simple thing.

    The problem is that people can't differentiate between a good wordpress developer and someone who just copies over the files. It's very unfortunate because you'll spend 40 hours on a project whereas other twat will spend 30 minutes.

    I do both. all depends on how much the client wants to pay. last full warranty system developed from zero: login, authentication, user modules, etc was over 15k. my newest client wants a website. for $900. well! hello themeforest.
